Deliwings Delivers operates primarily as a technology intermediary and marketplace facilitator. Products and services available through the Platform may be provided by independent vendors, merchants, restaurants, service providers, and delivery partners.
You may use the Platform only if:
You are at least 18 years of age.
You possess legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
You provide accurate and complete information.
Your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Business entities may use the Platform through authorized representatives.
Deliwings Delivers reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend access, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

Users assume all risks associated with use of the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deliwings Delivers, Gen2k Conglomerate, its directors, employees, affiliates, vendors, and partners shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Consequential losses
Loss of profits
Data loss
Business interruption
Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

Government actions

Labor disputes
Transportation disruptions
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India.
Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through written communication.
If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in:
